Waiting on Wednesday #3

Waiting on Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Jill over at Breaking the Spine where you have a chance to let other know what you can’t wait to claim as your own.

This week's pick: Unravel Me by Tahereh Mafi
                           Release Date: February 5th 2013
                           Publisher: HarperTeen

Goodreads Summary:
tick, tick, tick, tick, tick
it's almost
time for war.

Unravel Me (Shatter Me, #2)Juliette has escaped to Omega Point. It is a place for people like her—people with gifts—and it is also the headquarters of the rebel resistance.                                                                                             She's finally free from The Reestablishment, free from their plan to use her as a weapon, and free to love Adam. But Juliette will never be free from her lethal touch.                                                 Or from Warner, who wants Juliette more than she ever thought possible.                                                                                           In this exhilarating sequel to Shatter Me, Juliette has to make life-changing decisions between what she wants and what she thinks is right. Decisions that might involve choosing between her heart—and Adam's life.
                                                                                                                                  TBR
I just loved Shatter Me! One of the reasons I actually read it was because of the name of the author which is similarly like me but not quite and because of its cover. I know..I know! I'm not supposed to judge a book by its cover but my brains wired like that! Anyways it was a great dystopian book and am soo happy to see the sequel! Don;t forget to add it to your TBR list!!

Cover Reveal: OPAL by Jennifer Armentrout

FINALLY!! TA-DA!!

Goodreads Summary:

No one is like Daemon Black.

When he set out to prove his feelings for me, he wasn’t fooling around. Doubting him isn’t something I’ll do again, and now that we’ve made it through the rough patches, well... There’s a lot of spontaneous combustion going on.

But even he can’t protect his family from the danger of trying to free those they love.

After everything, I’m no longer the same Katy. I’m different... And I’m not sure what that will mean in the end. When each step we take in discovering the truth puts us in the path of the secret organization responsible for torturing and testing hybrids, the more I realize there is no end to what I’m capable. The death of someone close still lingers, help comes from the most unlikely source, and friends will become the deadliest of enemies, but we won’t turn back. Even if the outcome will shatter our worlds forever.

Together we’re stronger... and they know it.

Oh my! I've been waiting for this cover since Onyx! Just look at Daemon and Katy!!! EEEP!

                              Release Date: August 20th 2013

In this follow up to Legacy of Tril: Soulbound, Kaya has learned that she is Soulbound to Darius, the Barron she secretly trained with at Shadow Academy. But he’s been sent away, leaving Kaya with questions about how he could be Soulbound to her and another Healer. Determined to find answers and prove herself worthy of fighting in the war against King Darrek and the Graplars, Kaya sneaks away, encountering a mysterious Barron named Gage in her travels. But Darius has shocking information about Gage—information that changes everything Kaya thought she knew about what it means to be Bound.

First off.. I'm SOOO SORRY for not being able to post reviews and this weeks memes; I've had alot of homework and my grandma and aunt came from Burma, so my mom was freaking out on how everything had to be perfect. So anyways... my weeks WoW pick is Soulbroken! I finished Soulbound 2 days ago and was cursing the cliffhanger!

This week's teasers are from Struck by Jennifer Bosworth:

Struck (Struck, #1)"A piece of advice: if you want to remain in control of a doomsday cult, don't give a date for the end of the world unless you're really, really sure it's going to happen. Being wrong tends to undermine your authority." (Page 120)

"All of a sudden, inviting Jeremy up to my room seemed like a terrible idea. I wanted him too much. My desire for him was like a thing separate from me, a wild animal with a mind of its own, attacking the bars I was kept in, looking for a weak spot."

Waiting on Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Jill of Breaking the Spine where you have a chance to let other know what you can’t wait to claim as your own.

My first WoW: The Indigo Spell by Richelle Mead
                         Release Date: February 12th 2013
                         Publisher: Razorbill

The Indigo Spell (Bloodlines, #3) Goodreads Summary:
In the aftermath of a forbidden moment that rocked Sydney to her core, she finds herself struggling to draw the line between her Alchemist teachings and what her heart is urging her to do. Then she meets alluring, rebellious Marcus Finch--a former Alchemist who escaped against all odds, and is now on the run. Marcus wants to teach Sydney the secrets he claims the Alchemists are hiding from her. But as he pushes her to rebel against the people who raised her, Sydney finds that breaking free is harder than she thought. There is an old and mysterious magic rooted deeply within her. And as she searches for an evil magic user targeting powerful young witches, she realizes that her only hope is to embrace her magical blood--or else she might be next.

Populated with new faces as well as familiar ones, the Bloodlines series explores all the friendship, romance, battles, and betrayals that made the #1 New York Times bestselling Vampire Academy series so addictive—this time in a part-vampire, part-human setting where the stakes are even higher and everyone’s out for blood.

This weeks teaser is from Inbetween by Tara Fuller!

"She spun around in time to see the car and horror registered across her face. She stumbled back out of the way, falling into the gravel.
Across the lot another engine roared to life. I staggered through the cars. The groaning sounds of the undead on the screen filled my ears. The thought of Emma being in this parking lot while Maeve was going on a rampage made my head spin and my legs pump a little faster. The car revved, churning a cloud of dust into the air, and rolled forward. I ground to a halt in front of the car, expected it to fly through me like everything else, but it stopped, the bumper an inch from touching my chest."
