This week's teaser's from: Whispers at Moonrise by C.C Hunter

Whispers at Moonrise (Shadow Falls, #4)

"So it is Lucas?" Derek asked.
"What's Lucas?" A deep, irate voice suddenly spoke up.
Kylie looked up and saw Lucas step out of the trees. His eyes were an angry orange color. She flinched with guilt for a just a second, then fought it back. She hadn't been doing anything wrong. (Page 10)

Not again. Not again. Hannah's words rang in her head. What was Hannah trying to say?
Oh, holy hell, Kylie didn't have a clue how to move forward. She wasn't an investigator. She didn't even enjoy watching TV shows about detectives. She glanced back up at Derek. "What should I do now?" (Page 171)
Make sure to comment!
I would love to hear any teasers you guys got!!!

As Kylie struggles to unlock the secrets of her identity, she begins to worry that Lucas will never be able to accept her for what she is, and what she isn’t…a werewolf.  With his pack standing in their way, Kylie finds herself turning more and more to Derek, the only person in her life who’s willing to accept the impossible.

As if life isn’t hard enough, she starts getting visits from the ghost of Holiday, her closest confidante.  Trouble is, Holiday isn’t dead…not yet anyway.  Now Kylie must race to save one of her own from an unseen danger before it’s too late—all while trying to stop her relationship with Lucas from slipping away forever.   In a world of constant confusion, there’s only one thing Kylie knows for sure.  Change is inevitable and all things must come to an end…maybe even her time at Shadow Falls.

As their investigation races forward, unknown enemies and powers greater than they can imagine are gathering in the shadows, ready to reclaim the world in which humans are merely game pieces on their board.

Gameboard of the Gods, the first installment of Richelle Mead’s Age of X series, will have all the elements that have made her YA Vampire Academy and Bloodlines series such megasuccesses: sexy, irresistible characters; romantic and mythological intrigue; and relentless action and suspense.

Life After Theft by Aprilynne Pike:
Publication Date: April 30th, 2013
Publisher: Harper Teen

Life After Theft

Summary not available yet...

Oooh I'm really looking forward to Elegy! The cover's elegant but mysterious and that definitely adds to the charm. I recently heard about Gameboard by the Gods and I'm pretty sure its an adult dystopian so I'm contemplating whether I should read it or not but since its a Richelle Mead book I might especially if there are sexy chracters. Life After Theft seems like an interesting title and its probably the one contemporary cover reveal I've done. Comment and tell me what you guys think!!!!!

When an unexpected lost message from the angels surfaces, Anna finds herself traveling the globe with Kopano, son of Wrath, in an attempt to gain support of fellow Nephilim and give them hope for the first time. Waiting on Wednesday! #5

Waiting on Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Jill of Breaking the Spine where you have a chance to let other know what you can’t wait to claim as your own.

This week's WoW: Deity by Jennifer L. Armentrout
Release Date: November 6th 2012 by Spencer Hill Press
                              Publisher: Spencer Hill Press

Goodreads Summary:
"History is on repeat, and things didn't go so well the last time. "

Deity (Covenant, #3)Alexandria isn't sure she's going to make it to her eighteenth birthday--to her Awakening. A long-forgotten, fanatical order is out to kill her, and if the Council ever discovers what she did in the Catskills, she's a goner... and so is Aiden.

If that's not freaky enough, whenever Alex and Seth spend time "training"--which really is just Seth's code word for some up-close and personal one-on-one time--she ends up with another mark of the Apollyon, which brings her one step closer to Awakening ahead of schedule. Awesome.

But as her birthday draws near, her entire world shatters with a startling revelation and she's caught between love and Fate. One will do anything to protect her. One has been lying to her since the beginning. Once the gods have revealed themselves, unleashing their wrath, lives will be irrevocably changed... and destroyed.

Those left standing will discover if love is truly greater than Fate...

Another J.L.A book!!! YAY!! I have no idea how she manages to write soooo many amaazing books but I am very thankful that she does. And does Deity just seem awesome??? I know many bloggers that have read this book and judging from their review, I have really high epectations. Also, Aiden's novella Elixir is going to be available on November 27 which I'm really looking forward too!!!

Defiance (Defiance, #1)

This weeks teaser is from Defiance by C.J Redwine:

I scowl. "Your face is just as handsome as ever. And if we do this right, no one will look at your neck without shivering a little at the thought of the leader who went down in flames."
"You think I' handsome?" A hesitant smile tugs at his lips. (page 346)

The Raven Boys by Maggie Stiefvater

The Vincent Brothers by Abbi Glines

Currently Reading:
The Mark of Athena (Heroes of Olympus, #3)

To Read:
The Girl in the Clockwork Collar by Kady Cross
The Forsaken by Lisa M. Stasse
Predestined by Abby Glines
The Vision by Jessica Sorensen

I decided to add a new feature to this meme and its practically some of my thoughts on books I've finished reading...

Highlights or None:
-All you Firelight fans GOO read Hidden don't put it away for later. Definitely 5 stars!!
-The Raven Boys was confusing for me even after I finished reading it and was kinda slow in the beginning and all the different POVs gave me a headache. I'm not sure why a bunch of bloggers were raving about it (see what I did there :P) but I guess it's not my type of book.
So it gets 2.5 stars from me
-Defiance was a great book! It kinda leaned more on the fantasy YA genre in my opinion. I loved Rachel, an impulsive, stubborn, but smart girl, and Logan her protector! They're so cute together and are perfect for one another..however whenever they changed POVs I it unnerving for me that they would have the same thoughts at the same time. That's probably just me burning had to say it.
4 stars
-The Vincent Brothers like all other Abbi Gline books are all HAWT. Especially Sawyer and Beau although if I had to choose...it would be Sawyer. I loved Lana as well and I'm glad that this book was focused on her Sawyer! 4 Stars
